Days Inn by Wyndham Erie

We stayed 2 separate nights, the first room we were in was good, loved it, was a lil disappointed that there wasn't any coffee when we went down, the second night we stayed in a different room, the pillows that my husband had, had like a mildew smell to them, the lights flickered and were about dead, there was black mold on the ceiling in the shower, and the hair dryer was off the wall with nails sticking out of it and had to constantly make sure my kids didn't touch it. But I will say the front desk staff was very understanding of our situation and we're very kind and polite.

Good Breakfast selection. Decent rooms, clean, little dated & some cosmetic issues, but I'd stay again for the price. only one exit away from all the main attractions, but $100 or more less

The price was right which is why we chose here. The room was clean for the most part and pretty large space for a standard hotel room. No carpet. We had a microwave, mini fridge and TV. There was no in room coffee. There was also a large desk with a movable table, a small side table as well as a sitting chair with an ottoman. They provided small shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and a bar of soap. The "breakfast" is kind of ridiculous. It was some almost stale plain donuts, cereal bars, chex mix, a pop tart, yogurt or a piece of fruit (apple, orange, or banana). They had small cartons of juice as well. The main lobby and hallways were freezing cold too. I'm pretty positive they had no heat on or it was turned wayyy down. We also asked for some extra towels numerous times and they literally gave me a small one with a hand towel. My hair is almost down to my butt, I need at least 2 towels to shower and dry off comfortably. There was no housekeeping either or they never stopped at our room to see if we needed anything. We stayed for over a week I believe. Overall, it wasn't bad. The price was great and it was clean enough and safe for our daughter.

For a.low cost option, this is a great buy. Owners/operators very kind and helpful. Rooms, halls, foyer were immaculately clean. They are dog friendly!

Nice room for the price. The walls were pretty thin and you could hear everything from the hall but all the guests seemed well spaced out so it wasn't a problem at all. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall a nice place to stop when passing through.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly on check-in. The breakfast attendant was vigilant to keep the counter replenished. Room was comfortable. Heat worked nicely. Would stay there again.

Great service. The hotel rooms were very clean and the staff made sure that our room was stocked with fresh towels and toiletries daily. The heating unit worked very well as it was freezing outside during our stay. Definitely recommend.

Compared to alot of Wyndham locations, this hotel features some modernity. Check-in process used a tablet instead of pen & paper, the key card reader on the door was "tap" and not the old school "slide", the room featured a smart TV, etc. Modern upgrades go a long way in overall experience imo. The lobby was clean. The lady at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious, shower had great water pressure, and I had no issues whatsoever. Parking lot is big enough to accommodate larger vehicles. 5 outta 5 in my book. Keep up the good work Days Inn Erie, PA.
